Dear friends and partners:

Thank you so much for your faithful prayers and financial support of One Hope Outreach Ministry. Your support enables the ministry to continue reaching out to a hurting world. The ministry continues to support mission work in India and Eldoret, Kenya. We continue to broadcast preaching and teaching on various media outlets seven days a week. This includes 105.3 WSGC, Facebook, YouTube, Mewe, TikTok, GETTR, Podpoint.com/Table.Talk.Time and Now TV, as well as our new Internet radio station Chosen Radio/Airtime.Pro. The radio station is broadcasting 24 hrs. a day. Thank you for standing with us as we continue to penetrate the darkness of this world with the light of the gospel.

Are you committed?

God’s plan for His church is to be triumphant in every season and at all times. Jesus said in Matthew 16:18 (KJV) “I will build my church: and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” The church (Christianity) has always been a restraining force against evil perpetrated by the devil.

Jesus Christ is calling every Christian to stand true to the Holy scriptures and live a life consecrated to Him. The believer is to be committed to the teachings of the Bible regardless of what is happening in the world. When the disciples asked Jesus when will the end of the age come and what will be the signs.Jesus began by saying, “take heed that no man deceives you” (Matthew 24:4 KJV).

There are many voices competing for our attention. Those voices are crying out to deceive all who will believe the perpetuation of their moral wickedness. Not only do the voices vie for attention but demand no resistance to their moral depravity.

The apostle Paul, in his letter to the church at Rome describes a people that have rejected God and desired that He have not governance in their life at all. That people, according to scripture, (Romans 1:16-32 KJV), was given up to have their way in their own life. The result was depravity, moral corruption and despicable displays of wickedness, unthinkable to a reasonable and morally ground society.

Today, more than any time in our recent past, wickedness is openly displayed without the fear of God or His judgment. There are many well designed evil statements, phrases, narratives, philosophies which are aimed at leading a society away from a well-worn path of moral stability.

The church of the Lord Jesus Christ is to take heed that no man deceives her by false philosophy, or other teachings not fully supported in scripture. The acceptance of the Lordship of Jesus Christ and the clear teachings of the Bible will keep any person, society or nation on a sure footing that will endure for the long haul.

There is a clarion call for every believer to come out from among the world system and be separated unto God. To live life in the power of His Spirit and be committed to His service.

What about you? Have you committed yourself to the only Savior, Jesus Christ; to serve Him and place your trust in Him for your very existence both now and for all eternity? The believers in Jesus as Lord and Savior are the ones identified in scripture as the church, the body of Christ.

Are you born into the church through a personal relationship with Jesus? If so, there is power to overcome evil, resident in your heart, sufficiently supplied by the Holy Spirit to overcome every plot of Satan. After all, the church is the overcoming ones, because, once again, Jesus said, “----I will build my church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it”.

What are you thinking? Have you ever thought about your thoughts? Have you ever asked the question, why am I thinking this way. Or, why am I thinking along this line of thought? What triggered this or that thought? Or, maybe, where did that thought come from?

Thoughts are a common occurrence for human beings. Every person has been given the responsibility of stewardship over his or her own thoughts. Thoughts are inputs into the mind as seeds or suggestions that can lead to belief. Our beliefs are like a rudder on a ship guiding our lives to embrace what we believe to be good, bad, acceptable or unacceptable.  It is therefore, imperative that thoughts be monitored or filtered to determine what will be allowed or disallowed in the silent world of our thinking.

Throughout the existence of the human race; history reports that men of all walks of life have often yielded to wrong thoughts, which produced the wrong course of action, which in turn produced bad results. Many are the stories of calamity, tragedy and heartache that sprouted from bad thought seeds sown, believed and conceived.

God desires that mankind use the mind to reason, reflect, and make decisions as well as form, discover, and conceive ideas that have their mooring of a Biblical perspective.

The Bible teaches that the mind is to be renewed by the study and practice of God’s written and spoken word (Romans 12:2). The benefits of a renewed mind are that it has the input of a moral code determined by God. The renewed mind has a solid foundation of God’s moral law which enables it to determine with certainty what thoughts are good or bad.

The Bible is the inspired written word of God that speaks to us as we read or hear it preached. It is His voice speaking through it’s printed pages. I invite you to open its pages and read. It may change the way you are thinking.

Who do you say that Jesus is?

13 Now when Jesus came to the district of Caesarea Philippi he asked his disciples, "Who do people say the Son of man is?" 14 They told him, "Some say John the Baptist, others Elijah, others Jeremiah or one of the prophets." 15 He said to them, "And who do you say I am?"

Matt 16:13-15 (MOFF)

Some say He was a perfect man, the son of Zechariah and that He was not born of a virgin and was not the son of God. Others say before He lived on Earth, he was Michael the archangel and was not God. Some say He is separate from God the Father and that He was created as a spirit being by the Father and Mother in heaven. Still others say He was not the Christ but displayed the Christ idea, that Christ means perfection, not a person. Others contend that He was a man who had Christ consciousness and that “Christ” is a state of perfection in every person. He is considered by some as a spiritual teacher who taught love and compassion. Then there are others who say He is not one true God, was not and is not a Savior but rather a spiritual model and that He did not physically rise from the dead, but rose to a higher spiritual dimension. Some say His death did not atone for sins and He did not rise from the dead. These are all belief statements of eight different cults or religions that exist in our world today

Biblical Christianity declares Jesus to be Co-equal with God the Father and the Holy Spirit and is the second person of the Trinity. He has always existed and will never cease to exist and will forever reign as Lord and King over all dominions. He is the only way to the Father, eternal life and salvation. He was born of a virgin and lived on earth as a man for approximately thirty-three and a half years. He died on a cross according to God’s plan, as full sacrifice and payment for our sins. He rose from the dead physically, immortal on the third day after crucifixion. For forty days He was seen by more than five hundred eyewitnesses. He was touched by human hands and ate meals with His followers. He physically ascended to heaven as eyewitnesses watched Him rise from the earth and disappear into the clouds above. Jesus will come again visibly and physically at the end of the world’s age to establish God’s kingdom and judge the world.

The apostle John, in his gospel account identifies Jesus Christ as the source of all spiritual life and light for the one that believes.

The life of Jesus is the light that penetrates, overcomes and conquers the darkness. This life and light of Jesus removes the ignorance of the consequence of sin from the life of those who believe on Him. The Bible further says the person that refuses to believe is spiritually blinded by Satan.

“3 Even if my gospel is veiled, it is only veiled in the case of the perishing; 4 there the god of this world has blinded the minds of unbelievers, to prevent them seeing the light thrown by the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the likeness of God.” 2 Cor 4:3-4 (MOFF)

What about you, who do you say Jesus is? If you desire to know God, you must look to Jesus, He is the exact representation of God the Father. He is waiting on your prayer appeal to heaven to make Himself known to you.
